As a joy and narrative artivist, fascial stretch therapist, and environmental justice advocate, my work is rooted in the belief that movement spaces, both bodily and energetically, can serve as vibrant, living canvases for ideation, celebration, and education for cultural innovations rooted in planetary care. Through my artistic and advocacy endeavors, I aim to create and nourish gathering of minds that not only allow for exploration and connection to history, community, self, and environment but also act as catalysts for community-driven actions advocating for connective healing and away from extractive consumption.
